The staff is really good but printing service is bit costly but good.If you are living nearby or in rush then you should go there otherwise it's costly.

Shame on UPS claiming false delays due to weather when all ferry crossings have gone from Sydney NS to NL. No updates in over a work and the CS team can no longer track the item.
Canada post suffered a huge loss as a result of charging for delivery services knowing they couldn't meet the deadlines.

Had a great experience at the UPS store on Queen St. The agent was helpful and professional. Even though there was a line up, they were able to make certain that I, and all of us felt that we were helped equally and quite quickly.

Not only did I pay $40+ for shipping and never received it, but the courier leaves ADDRESSED delivery EVERY TIME - at different ups stores all over the city! Every time I'm home, but the courier doesn't have the brains to call or leave the package in the vestibule, like couriers of all other delivery services do. UPS can rightfully proudly wear the crown of the king of the worst delivery service in Canada.

The lady in the counter (I think her name was Sophie?) and her manager were so nice and helpful, it was my first time to use UPS shipping services. They walked me through what to do and what to expect and she also packed my stuff really well. Thank you guys!

I am actually not usually one to write review but staff were so nice to me as planning for my move, I was very anxious about the cost to ship all of my things next month and probably sounded crazy but they were so patient when I called and walked me through ways to pack it to keep it more affordable and gave many quotes depending on # of boxes and sizes. Hope to see you all soon.

If you live in the South End, this is a good store to have in the neighbourhood. The staff are really kind and know just how to package even the most unusual items for a safe journey!

Turn around time is much faster than some other spots like Staples.
