I think you need to improve with your services i cant imagine having a delivery for over 2weeks the goods came in to canada called your customer service center just to update an address became an issue and there is no communication or whatsoever whenever i called thats the only time i get to hear a new update which ought not to be.

The customer service at this spot is amazing. I needed a document to be faxed and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful, kind and as well as his wife and co-worker. To walk into an establishment and be greeted as a person as opposed to just a customer, is what makes great customer service and I got that yesterday. Thank you Graeme and family!

I had a good experience when I went to pick up my parcel which I missed as we were not at home. The couple at the counter were very sweet as they greeted us and helped with our parcel quickly.

If missed they don’t even put a missed note.
They must try for second attempt if missed.
Worst ever service I have seen.

Never leave packages at the door when asked, never answer the phone and just hang up on you. Very unorganized.

This franchised UPS store is a rats nest of chaos.It's filthy. Every surface is covered in filth and grime. Clearly hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in months. Every single item within the store is in disarray, both in the customer area and the employee area. Everything is either knocked over, broken, or missing. The supplies available for purchase are rarely restocked. You will wait a long time to be seen even if there is only one customer. Don't try calling them, the voicemail at this location is always full and ignored. If you are dropping off a package, make sure you get a receipt and see them scan it into the system. When picking up a package, be prepared to wait a really long time while they sort through the unorganized pile in a desperate attempt to locate yours. The problems at this location are not new, so clearly the owners lack respect for themselves, and their customers as well.

They don't open on time I was there at 9:10 am and was supposed to be open at 9 and no one is there with line up of people to go in.

80% of the time this company doesn't even attempt delivery, they just claim they did so you have to pick it up and they can get comfortable with their laziness. I'd give 0 if I could.

I dropped off a package on my day off, the gentleman who was there had no other customers and didnt bother to check that the old label is on it, I wasn’t aware that I should remove it or they dont have a date. Today the package which should be on its way to Vancouver got dropped off at my place again in Halifax!!!!!! So I have to drive all the way to the UPS LOCATION again!!

Refused to hold my package so i could pay the import fees when i picked up the package. Insisted i pay the fees online so that the driver could leave a 500 package on the floor of a public lobby. Impossible to reach by phone, have no clue where their drivers are or where your package is once they fail the first delivery attempt.
