Great experience! They were very helpful more so than other couriers. I had many problems with Canada Post, Fedex but one trip to UPS and everything was set.

I always have a good experience at this UPS store, the staff are all excellent.

4 times talking to agents about a parcel they say attempted delivery which wass clearly not done. then I was told it would be delivered in an hour which was clearly not done. Then i was told it would be delivered by 10:00am next morning and can also call for confirmation in the morning. all customer service was closed and parcel was not delivered. when there is an option for parcel deliveries in future, I will never select UPS.
Very poor customer service and delivery scheduling.
