They just resized my grandfather’s university ring from the 70’s, and it is absolutely perfect! My family has been coming here for years for various repairs or resizing. They have always taken such good care of the items, very fair pricing, and all around great people to do business with! :)

Brought in a ring that the stone had fallen out (still had the stone) and the band had thinned over the 40 years that I wore it. The lady running this store was very knowledgeable and super nice. The ring was repaired within a week and the price seemed reasonable.

I love Trinity Jewellers! I have been a happy customer for 17 years, when they sized my engagement ring. Another jewelry shop refused to do it and made a rude comment about my ring. The Trinity team were the opposite, delivering a perfectly sized ring in a couple of days. Lan always greets me with kindness and helps me pick the perfect piece of jewelry. They are excellent at repairs and have an amazing selection of jewelry in various price ranges. Thank you for always making me feel like a VIP. Highly recommend!

Lan and the Trinity family made my engagement ring shopping experience so pleasant and amazing. For months I was looking and dealing with rude or seemingly uninterested staff at other stores, but Lan spent the time to provide us with options as well as details about what everything meant (type of stone, colour, etc.). Highly recommend from the personable experience alone. But to add to that, the prices are some of the better prices around! The exact same ring (model # and diamond cut/number) was cheaper here than other places I looked. I have already recommended Trinity and will continue to do so.

I've been going here for ~20 years. Duke is a a talented jeweler, creating pieces to my specifications and refurbishing old ancestral pieces. If you are looking for something unique, I can't recommend them enough. Excellent service.

This shop is not honest.

Went here for a ring resizing for a platinum plated signet ring. I had a symbol with a black coated background. They told me they didn’t touch the top part, but I found there was something sticky with like glue on the background.
At first they were trying to act there was no problem and then after I ask they replied to say it will go away as I’m wearing(which means I should take it home and pay).
According to what they say I thought that was something to protect the coating so I took the ring back. Days after it was still sticky and I went to see another goldsmith.
The gold smith told me they were trying to put some paint into it but didn’t know how to do it. Now I need to ask the goldsmith to clean it for me.
They completely damaged the ring, plus they told me they will repair the plating after resizing, but after repairing the plating was gone. I suggest everyone to be careful to consider this shop.
Also to the shop, don’t try to call me or reply to me, I don’t want to talk.

After having a bad experience with a different jeweller, I went to Trinity and was so happy with the service. After hearing about my past experience, he quickly resized my engagement ring and it was back to me in a matter of days. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended this jewelry store for a local repair and I brought both a bracelet and necklace for some minor welding. They did an excellent job with a quick turnaround for a very affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair.

Took a ring in for cleaning and resize. It was the kind of ring with an inner right that would spin around the main band. At first they weren't sure if they could resize it and still have it spin, but when I got it back, it was just like new. The inner part spun like normal and it was cleaned and polished wonderfully.

I had my bracelet repaired in December and they were so speedy and reasonably priced compared to other jewellers I had been to for a quote. Great customer service all around, I was very impressed!
