Had a terrible experience at the photo centre this week. The first woman who helped us was new, so needed help (but she was lovely). The older man who “helped” her was rude and dismissive. When we came back an hour later for our order, the cashier first tried to make us pay a second time, then only gave us half our prints. I had to go back and ask for our second envelope. The worst part, however, was when I finally got to look through the second envelope only to discover a collection of prints that are not ours. We now have photos of someone else’s CHILDREN. If we weren’t leaving the city, I would have gone back in and complained loudly.

Over the last few years I have gone to this store and have often left empty handed as there are many empty shelves no matter what time of day or the day of the week. The customer service here is also horrible. When you finally find an associate to ask for assistance they don't know enough English to know what I'm asking for. One man didn't know what perogies are & then said it wasn't his department. One of the basic principles of customer service is that if you don't know the answer...find out.

this Walmart use to be my favorite but I don't know who is running the place now but it is dirty and if you go towards the fruit and vegetable always fly's on the food ..the bathroom today was so gross I would not allow my child to use it .
the clothing section is pretty good though looks like the people the work in that section take pride in what they do ..the man the works in the phone section is really nice to deal with to and very helpful..it's just to bad that the good employees that work there have to deal with the mess if others ..last think I need to say . never enough cashiers

Worst experience ever and SUPER expensive. 35$ for just 2 pictures and couldn’t get the digital version. Kept calling and the girl doesn’t get on the phone and keeps hanging up on me!!! Super bad customer service!!
