This has to be the worst Walmart in the city. The staff are oblivious, there's no where near enough front end staff like cashiers, and all the staff picking online orders block entire aisles making the store difficult to navigate. The line-ups at cash for both staffed and self checkouts were ridiculously long and we're starting to spread well towards the back of the store with none of the lines moving at all. I finally just gave up and left without purchasing anything as there was no way I was waiting in those lines when there were still cashs that could have been opened but weren't. Superstore got my business instead.

Bought a switch 2 and opend it and decided I did like not using it after a day tried to return it and I was told by the customer service manager that I was not able to return it for a refund and was not told it was final sale not happy with Walmart

I bought a photo frame 2 weeks ago and yesterday the frame got damaged as the glass broke and I came for an exchange with receipt and the associate Honey in customer service was not ready to take it back as she was asking for a paper that’s having barcode in it even though I was having receipt with same barcode in it. It’s so disappointing with this store. I know Walmart policy as I worked for 2.5 years.

Zero values for customers. One of the worst grocery stores in HRM. Absolutely terrible hospitality and customer service. Never gonna shop again..

Ask yourself what photo centre at Walmart runs out of picture printing paper. I went to print at the self-print, they said it had no paper and I couldn’t use it. ONLY TELLING ME AFTER I WENT THROUGH ALL THE STEPS.
I was then advised to order it online and they’ll print it. I did that. Now I’m getting an email saying my next day pictures are delayed. Though it’s been over 24 hours.
I have been trying to call, no one is answering. These pictures are for a vision board. I do not need them if I don’t get them today, as stated, next day.
If you all choose not to answer? I’ll be disputing the bank charge.
I also find it comical that the owner picks and chooses who’s reviews to respond too. I just went through them, and the photo centre has been having issues for a while, yet the owner does not acknowledge those reviews.

I'm SHOCKED at how awful this store is! Worst walmart I've ever been to. Management is terrible... this place is dirty, and they seem to almost never restock. Staff can be very rude and unhelpful. A super unpleasant and frustrating shopping experience.
Drive to Dartmouth crossing if you're able, you'll be a lot happier for it!

I enjoy a lot of the staff I encounter while shopping here. However, every time I go to the produce section, you have employees with body odour working there. It’s happened twice.
I believe if it happens again, I’ll have to stop shopping here. The most open food—fruits, vegetables, etc., should not be handled by people with BO. It’s unhygienic.

I had the worst with this store as they are not at all responsible about the orders that we place online. The store never called me back and responded they just kept the order and canceled. I called you and it was not resolved I called 4 times. It was always ignored and I just want people that this store is not at all responsible with customers order.

This has to be the worst renovation in history, a brand new fresh Walmart with some how way less items then before. I will say the grocery store part is an improvement but everything else is worse, much worse and some how less stuff for sale in every department. I use to shop here a lot and browse for a long time and spend a lot of my money but now the store just feels clinical and soulless.
I am in an out in 5 mins if i go at all, i try to avoid this location. Bring your sunglasses because if not you will have a migraine in about 5 mins, the new lighting is seriously messed up, i am not sure how people can work there for 8 hours a day and not go blind. It's funny how even after spending all that money on the Reno they still have the one small returns lane that is always packed with people and one cash, no upgrades or improvements where it actually counts!

Was told that product can be returned by the cashier, when after a week I go there to return it because I am having back issues with the mattress. Told by the customer service manager that it can’t be returned and he goes on to lecture me about health issues related to returning it.

Please share email address so I can register a formal complaint. Calling at number provided and chatting online didn’t solve the issue.
