Absolutely appalling customer service. I was left on hold indefinitely when I called about a pick up order. Very rude, very unprofessional. I can not seem to find an employee at this store who knows how to solve a simple issue . Everything just gets forwarded to the next person then another person and another. Quality of workers and informed employees is at an all time low

First time buying sodastream from Walmart and will be last time
You have to go to customer service to buy it if exchanging old cannister
So I basically have to stand in a slow long queue just to do something every other shop can be do at check out
Thats really poor
Consider changing this .exchange and save should be at check out counter like all shops not a long in a long slow queue

Usually I like shopping here…. Was in today and I felt very uncomfortable being followed around like I was doing something wrong (appeared to be a manager following me). I basically grabbed a few things and left, I’ll go elsewhere for the things I need.

It might be better to replace those cashiers with robots that are programmed to help you with packing your items. These humans just don't!! After scanning all items in a hurry, they just don't mind you afterwards. Grabbed her phone, scroll, checking how many likes she got from her post in IG while I am scrambling to pack all items in the bag. The funny and confusing part is I got more like 50 items and when I told her I need bags for all of these, how can this cashier ask "small bag or big bag?" ?♂️?♂️?♂️!! Common sense

I am getting tired of coming to Walmart only to find basic items out of stock. Whether it’s household essentials or everyday groceries,its really tiring to come three days and they still haven’t any basic stock up .For a big store, Walmart seems to struggle with keeping the basics on the shelves, and it’s frustrating as a regular shopper. This needs to be fixed .

After the tragic incident that happened to one of Walmart's staff members in Halifax, burning alive in a walk-in oven, nobody seems to want to shop at this place anymore. Our thoughts and sympathies are with the family of the poor girl!
I wish they had some emergency exit button on the inside of the oven in the off-chance of someone getting trapped inside.

Not a single poppy worn by ANY employee during Remembrance. Absolutely disgraceful. Did they hire ‘any’ Canadian workers? I doubt it. The only reason they’re here enjoying our freedom is because of those who fought in the war! Really disgusting to not see ONE poppy worn by anyone there. Disgraceful

will not accept manufacturer coupons that must be printed from company website. if you press them for more information they begin accusing you of photocopying coupons. if you have a coupon don't plan on using it at walmart bayers lake (the other walmarts DO accept them)

Everything is good but but while checking out the indian women annoyed and insist to have their credit card .
I told her that i dont have id and i dont want today.
She was like , leave everything here and get your ids from your car then checkout.Like what the heck?
