When we moved out here, I looked for a pharmacy that didn't treat me like a criminal and would take care of our medication needs. Boy, did I make a bad decision choosing this pharmacy. Between myself and my husband we get approx. 20 Rx's.
Looking for repeats, I was advised to go to their Windsor store where they advertise being able to refill any Rx. Had an appt. on Friday afternoon where this young pharmacist informed me that he was unable to help me so off to emerge I go. It was a horrible shame that I wasn't finished at emerge until 6 on Friday. Omg!!!!! What kind of pharmacy does NOT have a pharmacist on duty all weekend!!!! You cannot even buy Advil there on the weekend. I am absolutely livid having had to go to the steps I had to go thru in order to get my meds that I have been on for over 20 years.
When I called Monday morning to advise them I was on my way to pickup my meds, I advised the tech of what happened. She laughed. Omg, she laughed at the suffering I had to endure.
I have never been treated so poorly and the fact that when I spoke to the pharmacist on Thursday, she did not even offer me enough medication to see me through the weekend.
If you require care, I would highly advise looking somewhere else.

the employees here are vary rude and unhelpful. whenever I go in they star at me like I'm about to do something wrong. I feel uncomfortable in the store. I don't feel comfortable shopping here.

Due to poor management the store will close its doors unexpectedly when ever they feel please take any pharmacy concerns to Lawtons in Windsor or shoppers drugstore in Wolfville thankyou

Although their new telephone greeting system is tiresome the store is nice with a decent selection and the staff are friendly.
