Pyes was incredibly helpful moving a refinished dresser up a tricky set of stairs. They were creative in solving how to do this without causing any damage to the house or the piece. Other movers might have given up. Thank you Pyes.

With heartfelt appreciation to God for his arrangement of sending Graig to help me during the crucial time for me to save unnecessary payment for the storage rental and to Graig for his efficient efforts and professional supports with kindness, understanding, genuineness, and accountability, I am writing to share my true experience to requite the strong, efficient, and professional supports that Graig and his crew from Pye’s Moving Services have provided me at the last minute of my promised moving plan was cancelled by the Moving Together; furthermore, I’d like to help all of the innocent and vulnerable people who are struggling with finding a reliable and trustworthy movers to avoid experiencing what I had encountered from some other unethical, unprofessional, unreliable, or overpriced local moving companies before finding Pye’s Moving Services and Graig.The water of moving services industry is deep and full of pitfalls, and the owners of moving companies have various unethical strategies to acquire your business first and then to charge you much more than their promised prices besides the horrible physical damages to your furniture and belongings that were caused by the most cost efficient approaches for the movers such as squeezing your stuff into limited spaces, unprotected/ unwrapped items, or/ and untrained / unprofessional/ careless conducts of the movers… even though they may have 5 star reviews ( unfortunately, some of them were fake/ untrue)During the entire processes of relocating to Halifax from Toronto and moving my furniture & belongings from the rental units at U-Haul Storage to my recently purchased home, I had contacted more than 10 local based moving companies carefully comparing their Google reviews in Halifax and before hired 3 companies in Halifax (I also hired 1 Toronto based company for long distance moving) and the 3rd one cancelled the promised moving plan after asking me to wait for his finding Graig representing Pye’s Moving Services, and among all of these companies, Pye’s Moving is the best for the reasons below:First and foremost, possessing very high EQ & IQ, Graig is an extremely kind, genuine, reliable, and trustworthy business owner who cares not only his customers and customers’ best interests, but also the customers’ satisfactions through his extraordinary professional, reliable, and efficient actions that meet his customers’ unique requirements and needs, and even with extraordinary short notice or request. Based on my experiences, choosing a reputable and accountable service provider is one of the critical factors to consider, which aids you to avoid the promised schedule being cancelled for the movers’ benefits or being asked to pay extra during the middle of the processes…Furthermore , the fee of Pye’s Moving Services is not only competitive but also very transparent, no any hidden fees at all. For instance, Graig had told me the standard of the fees his company charges including his hourly rate and gas fee when he kindly set up the moving time that met my needs, and what I paid for the excellent services at the end is only about 1/3 of the highest quotes I have received for the exactly same tasks, and less than 1/2 of prices from most of his other competitors including some game players with possibilities to increase their charges during the process or to intentionally show down their speed if hourly rates apply to the situations.Last but not least, hiring Graig and his crew benefits you through their extremely professional and efficient efforts, which saves both of your time and money.In conclusion, based on my experiences, Graig from Pye’s Moving Services is the best option for you if you consider hiring a local moving company ( you would like to have your items well protected and yourself be worry free before, during, and after the entire process) at a fair rate but extremely competitive total cost

I can not recommend Pye's Moving Services enough. Absolutely amazing. I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to another 2 bedroom in Nova Scotia. Moving is stressful and hard work but these folks made it much easier. They were professional, fast working, careful and very fair with pricing. If you're moving, these are the folks you want to hire.
