This was a bad experience. I tried using their services once and won’t be going back. The prices were high, even more than what the VW dealership offered. I was charged $115 for a car inspection, which is $37 more than what the VW dealership charged. Also, the work wasn’t done on the vehicle as per the agreement. It was a complete waste of both money and time.
In response to your comments: You were able to determine the appropriate brake size using the VIN. I had requested an inspection, with the understanding that my brakes would be replaced within the agreed-upon timeframe of 1.5 hours. Also, I was quite surprised to be charged $115 for the inspection, which is significantly higher than the rates offered by most mechanics. Fortunately, I decided not to have any repairs done after the two-hour wait, as I will save money by taking my business elsewhere.

We had a road trip planned for the weekend, but we noticed the shock went on the car on a Thursday, left it there on Friday hoping that they’d have a cancellation or something, and they fit us in to replace both shocks, amazing service

Got charged way over what I was quoted. I am very familiar with mechanics and these guys are trying to get any money they can out of you. Oh and best part, the simple thing they fixed didn’t even get fixed properly and I had to come back, and still not fully fixed. Not impressed.
