Great local place. Super friendly service. Good mechanics. Need to up their communication and scheduling. Halifax is now turning into a major city for Atlantic Canada and small local service organizations like these need to up the game to stay competitive. Often you need to follow up multiple times on quotes, time is lost as they internally try to figure out who is handling the quote etc. I will still take my vehicles to them, but if they improve a few things, they will get a 5+ star!

Brought my car in because it was making a thudding noise when I slowed down. Was told it was a ball joint. They claim to have repaired it but upon pick up, it still made the same noise and it had gotten worse because now it does it while driving... I was then told that no one could help me until next week so I was sent home with a vehicle that still wasn't fixed and was charged over 300$ for nothing ? not impressed at all.

They fix cars there too.

Recently popped by without an appointment with a flat tire. They were able to see me later that day. Found a nail to be the culprit and patched it up. I was out of there in 15 minutes or so. Very friendly and courteous to boot!

Horrible experience here... They didn't do the work they said they would do, but kept my car for 2 days. They never called me to let me know they weren't doing the work (I would have taken it elsewhere if I had been given the choice) I ended up wasting 2 days and 30$ on NOTHING... Also had to reschedule the weekend to deal with my car, so add on another 200$ wasted on tickets I couldn't attend BECAUSE MY CAR WASN'T FIXED... waste of time and money...
