Called these guys for service, but didn't realize how far away they were. I received a callback really fast. The guy recommended another company closer. The job was done and cheaper. Thanks for all your advice.

Not reliable. Told me he’ll come on Monday. Had to call him on Wednesday to find out when he was planning to come. Finally show up on Thursday, and start to tell me not responsible, for this, that and this....so complicated just to empty a tank!! He left without emptying the tank and let it opened and all piss at me!! Went back to my previous cie, which I never had any issues before. Though going with him would be good, since he was a bit cheaper. Mistake!!!
