This was my first time sending a gift basket and I wanted to enclose a handwritten note. I emailed Jodi and she got back to me right away with a couple options. Together we figured out the best way to make the delivery (home or work) and she kept me in the loop, even confirming to me that the basket had been delivered. The recipients loved the basket and the hand written note. An excellent product and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will be a return customer.

I've had the opportunity to order from It's A Wrap Gift Baskets multiple times now, for both local and long distance recipients, and have been really pleased with the quality of not only the baskets, but also the customer service and attention to detail. The baskets have always been delivered safely and promptly, and have maintained their beautiful presentation, even when being shipped to other provinces.The baskets from It's a Wrap differ from those of other companies in a number of ways, with the primary difference being the quality of the products. All of the items contained in the boxes and baskets have clearly been chosen with quality in mind, and I love that my purchase goes toward supporting Canadian businesses.I've sent baskets from other companies in the past that appeared to have lots of products when I looked at the pictures, but when I saw what was delivered, I was disappointed by the amount of paper filler used. You can be confident that the images on It's A Wrap's website accurately portray what you're buying, whether you order loot bags or a larger box. Rest assured that your recipient will be on the receiving end of lots of goodies!The last thing I'll say is that It's A Wrap Gift Baskets are really in a league of their own when it comes to presentation. They are so beautifully packaged that you almost won't want to open them.Almost!I highly recommend this company. You won't regret it.

Recently purchased a large basket for a friend of mine and was very impressed with how extremely fast it was delivered. It was ordered at night, and by early the next morning my friend had received it. Beautifully packaged and they added the card message exactly as I had written it. The only reason for the 4 stars, is because man oh man is it expensive. I understand that ultimately it was my choice to purchase, but the high price point for a basket of snacks does not include delivery which was an extra $18. Overall though, I am happy and would order again from them.

So happy with this company. I am out of province and was looking for a company that could assist me with gift for Mother’s Day! My mother has a gluten allergy so I needed a basket that catered to that.Jodi was able to put together a beautiful basket and have it sent out the next day, with all gluten free items.I am so thankful and can’t wait to place my next order

I was delighted to find a small locally owned business with a focus on including products from the Maritime provinces in their baskets. Susan was very helpful, answered my questions about the various baskets and readily made a substitution as requested. My friends were very pleased and described the Board Box as a "fantastic overstuffed basket of snacks!".
