About Cabot Cliffs Golf Course
Cabot Cliffs Golf Course is a remarkable destination carved into the stunning Cape Breton landscape. Designed by renowned architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, it is celebrated for its breathtaking ocean views, varied elevation changes, and creative course layout. Golfers can expect a challenging yet rewarding experience as they navigate the meticulously maintained fairways and greens, which, despite some recent aeration issues, are generally in excellent condition. Visitors praise the course's spectacular design, particularly the iconic 16th hole that challenges players with its dramatic cliff face. The Cabot Cliffs experience extends beyond golf, with warm and attentive staff reflecting Nova Scotia's hospitality. Guests enjoy exceptional accommodations, friendly caddies, and thoughtful amenities such as cookies and water at the first tee, as well as delicious lobster rolls at the turn. While the course receives high marks for its beauty and design, some guests have noted that the check-in process could be improved. Instances of inattentive staff during this initial experience have been mentioned, detracting slightly from an otherwise outstanding visit. Despite this, many visitors regard Cabot Cliffs as a must-play course, making it a top choice for both avid golfers and those seeking a memorable adventure in Cape Breton.

Great golf and destination. Came here to thank the pro shop staff and Misak, who caddied for one of our groups and then agreed to play with us the following day. Top caddy, golfer, person.
