I am blown away by the lack of enthusiasm in this branch for existing clients. I needed to talk to a financial advisor to ask a single question about RESP funds, the branch doesn't seem to update their appointments in the website so I went to the branch to ask. They made me go on the line to get the chance to make an appointment to come another day and they came up with an option after 3 weeks, it was not until I push them for an earlier date that they offer one appointment 2 weeks later.
I have been a bmo client for over 15 years back in Edmonton and never had an issue, hope this is not extending beyond my local branch......

This branch took care of a problem that a different BMO branch had caused. Thank you for your diligent effort. They returned my call, and did everything they could until the issue was resolved.

One Teller open on the Tuesday after a long weekend?? And it was Child Tax Credit day! Put more people on cash! Not everyone uses the ATM!

Had an appointment not really 100% knowing exactly what I could or needed to do in my situation. Met with the wonderful Ashley McNamara and she helped me to the fullest extent permitted and we found a solution. Very pleased with my visit and results from, thanks for not disappointing and I hope for more great experiences.

Only two tellers on on a busy Friday afternoon. The service was good by the 2 on but the line got long.

Staff is great. 1 staff member on cash with a line up of 8 people. Not very convenient especially on a Friday afternoon.
