Easy to drop off packages...once you figure out you're in the right place. Definitely needs signage outside to let you know they are in the Staples building.

This is a "professional" delivery company. I got my package but that's not what matters. They ringed my apt, and I was going to meet the guy and sign for it, but he was already back in his truck. I didn't sign for it but I got an email saying I did. The email says I signed it as JJUSTINN. Okay then. Totally unprofessional. I work nights and I'm glad I stayed up to get it. Who know what would have happened if I was sleeping.

I scheduled a package pick up at my house and left the parcels out all day as instructed. I came home from work at 6pm to see they were still here. I called the 1800 number and they confirmed the pickup would occur between 6 and 8. At 8:30 they still haven't picked them up so I called again. This time I am told the driver picked up one parcel even though there was two scheduled for pick up BUT BOTH PACKAGES were still here. I told her this and she attempted to contact the driver twice, putting me on hold each time. Then she came back and stated she could only at this time schedule a new pick up. I asked her if they would be compensating for the fact that they did not come and she said no. This continued with 2 other holds until I finely said I would like to be refunded and would take them elsewhere. I was then transferred to another woman who went through the same thing and also added that my package apparently was picked up at 9am when it is still sitting outside. I told her I wanted a refund and she told me she had to transfer me again. When the third person answered she again told me my package was picked up at 9:15am and then said she wanted to contact the driver. I told her I was past that and I wanted to be compensated, another 2 holds later and she came back stating she put a request in and that I would be contacted within 3 weeks to find out if they would refund my package and that she was not able to do it. This is an hour into a phone call and over $60 spent to send packages. I told her that it was ridiculous and there has to be a way to do it more convenient. She said she did not have the ability to do that. I am still on the phone with absolutely no resolution. Never Again FEDEX!
