My husband and myself were in your shop yesterday. He needed a sport jacket ,pants and the whole outfit. The gentleman who waited on us was excellent . He knew his stuff I must say and was very helpful. I can't praise him enough, we got everything we needed ,got the pants hemmed and all done in about 40 mins total. The best service in a store in long time. We will definitely be back.

Great store and excellent customer service. You can get things there that you won't find anywhere else. However, it is quite pricey.

Phinney's is simply the best boutique in Nova Scotia for fashion, friendly service and is steeped into the history of Kentville. The owner, Andrew Zabien is wondeful!

This place sold me the most expensive products they have, without asking if the price was right, tore off the tags so they couldn't be returned, and when trying to return them instead of good customer service they call the police, to get rid of the problem. Horrible people horrible service and will tell everyone I know to never go there. So in a nutshell they sell you whatever and make sure the tags are removed before they leave the store that way no returns, huge scam and the b.b.b. is being contacted.

I was ripped off $220.00 by this pertensous little store. They would not refund me for a return but they did call the cops on me when I protested. So when the 5 (that's right 5) cops came i explained to them that the staff removed all tags from the clothes. I didn't touch them but that is the excuse the owner used so I couldn't get my money back!! GIANT RIPP OFF. Phinneys SUCK and the owner is being dishonest by having his staff take the tags so NO ONE can get any refunds or store credit. See you in court you jerk!!FEB 20, 2024You know what you had your staff do. I did not request pressing or steaming OR removal any tags. You admitted that to me. Then you smirked at me and said there was nothing you could do cuz the tags were removed. By the way you didn't give me any tags so how could I bring them back?!As I said to your smug face, the next time you see me will be in court!
