I understand that they are running reduced hours and close the tellers at 3 but when I get there at 2:30 and the doors are locked without any explanation and all I need is a verification of my identity for my credit card, I was fuming.

Don't try to accomplish anything after 3pm as they shut the teller line down. Staff inside say 3 to 5 is digital banking only and direct you to ATM.

Very very very bad service. The staff is very slow and tired. They always don't have solution of any problem. They don't do any afford to solve the problem of customer. They looks like inexperienced and unprofessional.?????????????????.

I and many others receive different treatment regarding there made up policy for checks. Even if you have a government issued check or you file has a million notes saying it's a trusted employer, they will put it on hold, so you can basically get the same service at a atm. And because of that we all have to travel into new minas for better service, the lines are even faster too. Kentville is not worth going to, because now I have to go hungry this weekend. Thanks scotia bank.
