Drove an hour to get there. Was told to call the 1800 number. Understaffed and not helpful. Very short with me

I found the lady who waited on us very rude when we were there yesterday. Our accountant directed us there with our questions said they would help us. They did not, told me I would know that information not her. I just needed to be pointed in the right direction and help making sure we filled out the papers properly.

Been calling 1 800 # since 8 30 am just a recording saying call Monday to Friday from 8 30 to 4 pm
