I don't usually like to complain about individual employees I prefer to be positive but my experience yesterday with this bank teller has bothered me.....was I rude? Why was she so disinterested? Was she having a bad Day?I worked with the public for many years its not easy sometimes but I could always be polite and show concern for clients needs. Its a difficult time of year....be kind..Merry Christmas!

We have been searching for a bank for our society for a while as we had a very bad experience with a competitor. We were looking at other banks in the area and this by far was the most efficient and painless process for finding a new bank account for our society out of everything.

I have been trying to reach someone at this branch to schedule an appointment for over 2 weeks to no avail. I left 2 messages and called various numbers.Now I will have to drive to the city, to another branch entirely, so that I can close all of my TD accounts and switch to another bank. TD has high enough fees as is it but it always came with good service.... not as of late.I've had issues with this branch in the past, but they were rectified quickly and I was pleased with the result.These days, I can't even get someone on the phone let alone get any assistance with banking.***update***Contacted customer support, as directed, on 1 Aug 2022. Waiting to hear back.

The absolute worst customer service ever!!!!! Our mortgage application was filled out wrong by the mortgage specialist, resulting in a decline result. We went in to the branch and was told by the teller that because they are short staffed no one could speak to us. The 1-800 number we were given is not monitored, meaning no return phone call. Called the customer complaint line, was told they couldn’t help because we don’t have a current mortgage with them. We were told by our branch this morning that a manager from another branch would return our call today and we are still waiting. The bank closes in half an hour. I wouldn’t suggest this bank to anyone. I wish I could leave less than a one star rating. One star is far too much for such deplorable service!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cash 8n TFSA account. Been on hold for over 5 hrs. Visited the branch on Thursday Feb 25th... they were suppose to contact me Friday morning Feb 26th and no contact what so ever. Poorest customer experience reason why I'm switching banks..

With everything going on with social distancing, I received incredible service today from this branch. I was not aware of the 1 hour prior to opening being dedicated to at risk people, and drove 35mins to this branch to cash a cheque. I arrived at 11am on the dot, and a friendly teller informed me of the policy.She said I could not enter the branch until 12, but I could give her my ID, bank card, and cheque, and she would see what she could do.Cheque deposited with no holds, and no wait.I'm happy that during this panic that people are still people, and genuinely want to help.Thanks :)
