“My F150 broke down on the back roads of Clearwater lake. CAA wouldn’t respond as it wasn’t registered road . Called Schaffer’s and the owner Derrick responded promptly. Derrick not only towed me out but coordinated the repair of my truck as I was from out of town. Derrick’s old fashion customer service is not so common anymore. I feel fortunate, I called Shaffer ‘s and had the opportunity to observe a local legend solve my problems.”
