The female manager is not knowledgeable about her own software for booking appointments and ordering stock. I booked the first appointment online they had all the information they needed…..and I took the day off work to attend the appointment with a military member. They were rude and wanted to rebook the appointment for the following week because they did not have stock at the store. Another appointment had to be made for a vehicle used by a Military member of the community. This store does not have respect for the time of any person whether military or otherwise. If you are a military member I recommend making an appointment with Canadian Tire you get a 10% savings any day of the week.

We came from out of town and had a weird noise coming from the car. They checked it out and found what the likely culprits were but nothing was unsafe so they sent us on our way. Explained everything. No charge. Excellent customer service excellent knowledge and very friendly! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this tire shop for a walk-in appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The team was incredibly efficient, and I was back on the road in no time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tire shop for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. A fantastic experience all around!

I took my Rv in to check steering. The mechanic put it on the hoist and checked everything, tightened up a nut, drove it and then spent a few minutes going over what he found. He concluded it was the steering box but minor and I would probably get another 200,000 kms before I had a serious problem. The guy in charge then wished me a safe trip back to Ontario and didn’t bill me. I was very impressed with the service and time taken to explain. First rate service.

Awesome customer service ! Was stranded on the 101 with a trailer tire that had a bad valve stem . Hoping i could get back on the road quickly since my trailer was on the side of the hwy and they went above and beyond and had my tire fixed like a F-1 pit stop . In and out in less than tens mins . The lady at the front desk was awesome . Sorry i did not get your name . She could see i was stressed out and the quick fix was free . Who does this nowadays ? Wow . Im from Falmouth and will definitely be going there for service or new tires . Tech was quick and efficient ! With that kind of service i will make the drive . Thank you again ! Five stars all the way !

I just wanted to praise this business for the kindness they showed me at the beginning of the week.
I had a full tire blow out on the 101 heading home to Prince Edward Island on Sunday (July 16).
I couldn’t get my spare tire off, and the towing company didn’t offer to help. They towed me to the nearest shop, which just so happened to be Andy’s. Charged me $150.00, and left me stranded for the evening as it being a Sunday they were closed.
I left my keys behind, and got a ride back to some families house outside of Halifax.
As soon as they opened, I called them and explained the situation I was in, and they promptly took care of it.
I was not able to pick my truck back up until after closing hours, and offered to pay over the phone.
They did not give me a dollar amount, and said take care, this one’s on us. Have a safe trip back.
I picked up my truck, they had my spare tire on, and a new-ish tire on the rim that failed me in the bed of my truck.
They left a note reminding me to re-torque my tires, and to have a safe travel.
Honestly guys, I was having one of those weeks where life has been kicking me while I was down, and feeling taken care of like that really set the trajectory of the rest of my week.
I really appreciate the compassion this business offered me, and I won’t soon forget it.
I live in PEI, but I was born and raised in NS.
I will be back in the future to buy my tires from these guys, and so will my family members.

Amazing customer service !! I was in Kingston camping and realized one of the tires on my truck was scalloped badly from being out of alllingment. The staff was eager to help and an offered to put a used tire on to get me home for no charge. But it is time for new tires anyway so inquired about getting a new set. They had the the K02s i wanted ins stock and I was out of there an hour later with 4 brand new tires at a great price. Highly recommend !!! Never got their names but the lady at the front desk and the young fella in the shop went above and beyond for me !!’ Thanks Andy’s tire !!

This guys are the best, the whole team, they came through when I was in dire need. Changed my tire, look for a replacement and sent me on my way. We made it to the Doctor appointment and I got a new tire!! thanks so very much.
