I am writing this to let you know how I was treated at the Cleves in Greenwood today. Was shopping with my mother and sister this morning.I was looking for a winter jacket for, my daughter. When I first walking in to this location and noticed a jacket that caught my eye and I was amazed at the price. Did notice this only the first jacket was priced at 69.98. So I asked one of the workers if they all should be priced that way. He said no. So I went and tried on the jacket. It fit! Thinking I was going to get it. He came over as I was taking it off, and said I can't have it for that price and took the jacket! I thought how rude!So the more I thought about it the ? ? I got. So I went to the counter and asked if he had removed the sticker yet he said no, just trying to get it off now. So I took a picture of it. And we left.I do understand mistakes happen, but ... it was not my mistake... and maybe there was a better way to handle the situation. Definitely lost many future purchases !I definitely won't return anytime soon!

If I could give zero I would. I go in and I buy 200.00 sneakers. They have only me to wait on and 3 useless employees there. 1 directly fo shoes. I stand infront of their wall of shoes for over 10 minutes. Finally after hearing the employees say, you go deal with her, no you,a woman offers me assistance. I already know what shoe I want. I tell her. She doesn't offer any further assistance. I am leaving to the cash with the shoes as she said that was painless. I say to the boy at the till it would have been nice to been waited on sooner since there was no one else here. And he laughed. This was Friday, July 14, around 11:30 am. That is only if the employer cares, or do they teach bad customer service. I believe I will travel out of town or order on line for my foot wear for now on. I do not encourage anyone to go there.

I have been in several times and get ignored every time. Should I go in the back and help myself to different shoes or just go elsewhere? Let me know as i can do either since the workers here don't want to work.

Seems like a useless store, there's never any customers, and I don't think I've ever bought anything here in my adult life, it has no items that interest me.

I should apologize for bothering the employee's here with wanting to make a purchase..I completely understand that you were having personal conversations and didn't want to be bothered helping a customer to the point of giving a dirty look and walking away continuing your talk about thr weekend. I'll do you a bigger favor and never return to this location again. Hope your boss understands

I had a poor review a year or two ago but went in again and had a great sales rep help my daughter with soccer cleats. Different employees and a much better service ?

Not happy with this store at all! No exchanges on boxing day after traveling an hour told due to boxing day sales but only one other person in the store. Took two weeks to exchange lg. for med. which I do understand weather has been bad & sweater was not in stock. Charged another $18.69 because the sweater I just exchanged is NOT on sale anymore! (Paid only because sweater was a gift)
