I didn’t get his name but he was just lovely to deal with, from the moment I walked in he was positive and helpful, and while I filled out the address on my package he chatted with the woman behind me and was very kind to her too. The world is full of too much negativity these days, so I wanted to reciprocate my positive experience back to him. You never know what someone is going through, and you didn’t do anything crazy, just be very kind and helpful. It’s hard to find these days! Identification of customers with personal documents only, that’s unsafe and unnecessary (not protected mobile app with unique client code like in Nova Poshta)

Timing is sad and unclear, estimates are always too positive. Ukrainian post in Canada (Meest) is way more efficient even for inside Canada parcels .
