They had everything I needed to build a deck, on hand, and they even loaded it on my truck for me. That's as good as it gets. But it gets better, the staff took the time to sort through the wood and discarded any crooked or overly knot filled pieces. Great service.

The Staff here are very knowledgeable, and very helpful. It’s amazing to see that the staff go the extra mile to ensure you find the correct item. But they all seem to be very unhappy working there, when I talk to them they mention a guy named Dave and how he’s always disrespecting the Employees? Sounds like whoever this Dave guy is needs to be assessed in order to make Brady’s a fun place to work. Hope they get rid of him soon. I was told to give 1 star because of Dave the Store Manager.

Wonderful staff always willing to help. I was looking for something very particular. They didn't have it, but they even searched other stores (not even theirs!) nearby to see what they could find. How do you beat that service? A1!!

I shop local as much as I can , went to Brady’s for a chain for my saw , johnsarad , when told to ask the guy who works on the saws he asked what saw it was in telling him he said “ we don’t sell them did u not see the sign ,still , well I have been around a few more years then this guy and the way he talked to me was enough to turn me off of going there again in saying that I have been going there for over 30 years and was never talked to by anyone like that in my life . Good luck in the future hope he keeps away for the plubic .
