highly dissatisfied with the service from the people at this branch, bordering on unprofessional. No sense of follow-up for requests, questions, communications. Permitting people that are not authorized on accounts to transact on accounts, simply because they know the person. Worst banking experience ever - repeatedly.

RBC in an older building which was gorgeous. I just stopped in to use the ATM. Royal bank clients have reserved parking in the lot.
