    “I had a wonderful experience at Sobeys thanks to Charlene! Even though she was busy stocking shelves, she noticed I couldn't find what I was looking for and approached me with a warm smile to help. When she realized the item on the shelf was sold out, she went out of her way to head into the walk-in freezer and brought out the exact same item in a frozen version for me, which worked out perfectly. It’s rare to find customer service that proactive and thoughtful, a small gesture like that truly made my day as only Soybeys has my favorite bread. Thank you Charlene!”
