BMO in Lower Sackville, folks—what’s going on there? When you open an account, the individualized service is actually pretty good, can’t deny that. But after that? WOW, what a mess! Long wait times, only ONE teller working while SIX counters are sitting empty. Total disaster! They need to get their act together fast!

Gail has made our visit to BMO wonderful. We went to send a bank transfer for a house purchase and my wife mentioned that her credit and debit card PIN were not working, and never worked properly. They NEVER answer their phones. i have to call the Bedford location and get them to transfer my call to talk to someone at the Sackville location. Its insane, why dont you answer your phone? other than that its a great branch, just dont expect to call and talk to someone. you guys could do better
