BMO in Lower Sackville, folks—what’s going on there? When you open an account, the individualized service is actually pretty good, can’t deny that. But after that? WOW, what a mess! Long wait times, only ONE teller working while SIX counters are sitting empty. Total disaster! They need to get their act together fast!

I recently transferred my mortgage to BMO and already I am extremely disappointed with the service they offer. I have been trying for weeks to setup a new payment schedule as they didn't process the paperwork properly. Multiple calls, visits and emails to this branch have gone unanswered. Even the person they directed me to has stopped returning my calls and emails. When I called the general service line, hoping to be connected to a different representative from the bank, the call went to voicemail. Unsurprisingly, the voicemail was full. A complete lack of customer service. I would not recommend this branch or BMO to anyone.

Gail has made our visit to BMO wonderful. We went to send a bank transfer for a house purchase and my wife mentioned that her credit and debit card PIN were not working, and never worked properly. She took it upon herself and insisted to fix this issue which we very much appreciated. She is the definition of going above and beyond!

Everytime I have to come in and see the Teller service, I am waiting in a long line at least 15-20min. My business pays for a corporate account and relationship manager! We do banking a least once a week that requires Teller service. I'm honestly not sure if we will continue to do business with BMO in the future unless the service improves. I don't understand why other staff can't help the Tellers during busy long lines, when necessary, if they're available ?.

They NEVER answer their phones. i have to call the Bedford location and get them to transfer my call to talk to someone at the Sackville location. Its insane, why dont you answer your phone? other than that its a great branch, just dont expect to call and talk to someone. you guys could do better

(Attention if you plan on leaving BMO and renewing your mortgage with a different bank do it at least 4-6 weeks before your term ends!! Dont wait until last minute) I decided to switch banks for my mortgage renewal (to RBC) because they gave me a better offer. RBC sent the payout request to BMO to take over our mortgage and after 13 long days BMO still hasn't given RBC the payout yet. Even RBC lady cant believe it. RBC said all other lenders they deal with do this transaction within 24hrs.

Been my bank for 50 years. Alot of nice people have worked there over the years. Most of those years were dealing with Lower Sackville branch. Liked the years when the older ladies worked there. They were so helpful and pleasant to talk to. There still are a few there. Machines taking over everything now.

Great friendly service at this one on sackville drive. Highly recommend going here!!! Waited 3 minutes to be served, never have to wait to use an ATM here well when I've been there

Don't know where the negitive reviews are coming from because this place has always treated me pretty fairly. I've been using BMO for about 12 years and switched from CIBC and I don't regret it one bit. They always come to me and offer certain services and promotions hassle free and any problem I've ever had they cleared up right away. I've dealt with just about every teller their and it was always a positive experience.
