    Been trying to reach the bank for the last few hours, don’t return calls, no one answers the phone, called the 1800 number and buddy gave the number for a Toronto location…. Unreal.

    Called Wednesday Nov-29-23, left a message to call me...nothing. Called Thursday Nov-30-23, same thing...nothing. Good thing it wasn't life or death.

    I just switch my bank account to CIBC. I would say the service of their staff is extremely fantastic. Stephanie Lynch is one of the best employee of this branch and how they manage to assist you even beyond the limit. I would really appreciate that. Definitely recommend my friends to switch their account to CIBC.
