Had to get a rental because of an accident. Chedell was 5 stars customer service, and when the rental got vandalized she made the process very easy and straightforward to handle and went above and beyond to help in any way she could. she deserves a raise or at least a very nice bonus. Great work.

Was greeted by a very rude young lady at the Sackville location who does not smile and does not care about customer service. I eventually walked out when she started being sarcastic with her comments. Will never rent from this location again.

DO NOT GET A RENTAL HERE!!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. My vehicle was involved into in accident when I was not at fault. I was told I was entitled to a rental and I was scheduled an appointment to pick up a rental about 1 to 2 weeks prior. I filled out the form and confirmed my appointment and was told I was going to get a Ford Explorer. I have full coverage on the vehicle that was involved in the accident, but the insurance was not transferable, however Enterprise told me that it was not required because they have their own insurance. When I went into enterprise I was then told I could only get a Mitsubishi Mirage (which was fine), then they also told me that because my insurance was not transferable they cannot give me a rental. If I had know this 2 weeks ago I would’ve had everything situated and wouldn’t have gone through any of this. Poor customer service. I 110% do not Recommend this location what so ever!

The staff here are amazing! My vehicle was in an accident and they made sure the rental booking was a smooth process. They even drove me both ways to the body shop even when it was the end of the day AND during rush hour. Can’t say enough great things :) you guys made a stressful situation super easy for me!

I tried to call Enterprise at a specific location for availability and prices, and end up speaking to an offshore operator with very little English. Estimate was DOUBLE the estimates I had already been quoted. I used to do a lot of business with Enterprise…not any more.

Booked on Expedia. Pick up was fast and easy. Chris was amazing. I had my choice of 2 vehicles and was very happy with the one I chose. Chris checked in with me after a couple of days to make sure everything was fine. Drop off was easy.

If you have an accident and your insurance appoints you to these guys I recommend avoiding it if at all possible. I had a rental car from these guys for just 2 weeks only filling the tank once and had 1 tire blow and it had a bent rim that they ended up pinning both of the damages on me and charging me a ridiculous amount of money. They even charged me a premium on not filling the gas tank 36L for $99 even though I had returned the car after the bent rim and did not want it back therefore having no choice but to leave the gas as is. Horrible service and they screwed me big time save yourself the hassle if possible.

I rented a Toyota Sienna from the Lower Sackville Enterprise. Upon a walk around there were many scuffs and scapes but I needed a van, so I took it. (As COVID has made rent a cars scarce and I was just happy to get a van)Instantly I noticed a hard vibration as I applied the brakes. My friend (a mechanic) took a quick glance around the rims and told me “these pads wouldn’t pass an inspection”. But as I have 4 children and needed a van while my van was in the shop, I kept it but avoided using it.Shortly after drop off, Enterprise called saying that I needed to file a claim with my insurance because they found a crack under the bumper and then text me pictures of some damage underneath the bumper with some scuffs and scapes slightly above the bumper. Which in my opinion would have been over looked during a quick walk around inspection before taking the keys. I am furious that Enterprise is telling me I need to pay for something that I did not do!
