Only giving it a three because the guy I dealt with yesterday was awesome and very polite and quick to get my upgrade done. Went back the following day (April/30th 2022) and the guy in there was very lazy and did not seem willing to help at all. If it wasn't for the second guy this would be a 5 star.

Above and beyond for customer service! I was assisted by a very kind man named Alex, who made my experience 10x easier and more enjoyable :) Everyone there I spoke to was extremely kind and made you feel welcome! I would fully recommend to anyone looking to get a new phone or even having tech issues!
