they didn't return my tire lock key when I went there for new set winter tires for my new car, I didn't know that until I need to switch my summer set in other store and the others can serve without tire locks key. Contacted in person, website, email---I was extremely disappoint to this store attitude ---I was threw in chaotic situation , for tire locks set replace with dealer and appts for tires. They didn't reply , response, no apologize what they did. They also refused to reimburse new set tire locks ( they didn't give back my tire lock key). The troubles they created to me also waste me a lot of time to solve. Turn around to other stores for service along Sackville drive and Bedford highway instead . I don't recommend this unreliable store.

They replaced my muffler that had fallen off thanks to a pothole. The receptionist was lovely, and I had excellent and prompt service. There was no upselling, no searching for nonexistent problems. I do have a regular mechanic, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed. Thanks again!

A big shoutout to this mechanic shop. They're seriously the best! My car was fixed up real quick, and they were very honest. The customer service was off the charts, especially Cydney at the front desk. She was a total lifesaver and made the whole experience a breeze. If you need a trustworthy mechanic, don't even think twice!

Few days back i had to go to these guys as my car broke down near by this location. So i got an estimation from them, quoted me around 4000(3720$ precise). With carbon tax going these days i cant blame whose trying to make money, but I had to tow my car to another mechanic, he did the exact same thing what these guys estimated and costed me close to 500$.Appreciate your help by all means but it's way off the chart(s)
