If we talk about the place itself: no complaints, everything is clean, organized, people are responsive, ready to explain and tell what is interesting on the auto-theme. We left the car for a test before buying - the price seems quite normal for an MVI test. This is my first time buying a car in Canada, so I may not yet understand the local pitfalls of "car services", but so far this place seems pretty good to me.

I don't give out 5 stars lightly. I've been going here for years. Especially for MVIs. I've come to trust Chad and the service that I receive. I've never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs that weren't necessary. It's my belief that they are always busy because they are honest. I send my friends and family there.

Disappointed with my Mercedes C300 service at the Sackville location. Despite their reputation, missed a damaged left control arm and charged $120 for a known tire issue. Upset, I turned to Euro Auto the same day and discovered my left control arm was completely damaged. I will never go back there again.

I highly recommend Sackville Napa! You can quickly tell with them that you’re not just another work order, but a customer that they are committed to building repeat business with. I’ve had real trust issues with mechanics in the past, but this shop is just good people.

THE best place to go! The rear differentials went on our SUV about a year ago and even though they just closed, one of the guys working offered to call us a cab and was able to look at the vehicle the next day for us. They go above and beyond for customers. Also to find a place that doesn't scam people is a rarity. These guys actually do the work as stated and will not gouge you for random, unnecessary things. Definitely will be coming back here. Thank you to the amazing staff at NAPA!

I went in today to have my exhaust looked at as it was making a horrible noise. They got me in right away before my appointment time, fixed the issue and wasn’t a huge price! After all the bad experience with other companies taking advantage or saying things need to be replaced when in fact it could be fixed. I thank you for your kind and professional service. Brought the truck in last minute barely any notice with an urgent check engine. They were happy to help and got me back on the road the next day. Long bearded fella was super helpful even though it was close to closing time when the truck was picked up. Alignment and spark plugs fixed. truck feels much better handling and towing, thanks!

Questioned the part when I was purchasing it, but was told it was garenteed to fit my car. It did not, and when I went to return they just laughed and said it was garenteed to fit something. Not funny for me who had to return to the store. So what exactly is the garentee!!! Shouldn't be allowed to say it's garenteed if there is nothing to back it up. All I got was and extra expenses returning the part to the store. Not happy.

Never visiting again.Not friendly at all. Their mechanic all most tried to hit me with his car as I obstructed his way unknowingly.Not sure it is how they are or they are taking basing on the colour of my skin.
