One of the best location of Ultramar with clean and hygiene washrooms. Staff was really helpful and polite. Turning to Ultramar from now on.

I've been their customer for years, yet they are unable to return my call in a timely fashion. Because they always multiple take days, I end up missing the calls (I often travel to isolated areas with no cell service). I will get a furnace replacement quote elsewhere.UPDATE 8 Jun: Still nothing heard from Parkland (parent company of Ultramar) who requested more details from me. Sounds like they simply provided a canned response to my review just to look like 'they tried' to Google Reviews readers. I will keep posting until I hear back, or correct my review if they make things right.UPDATE 12 Jun: Not only did they not respond to the feedback THEY requested from me, but now their truck just showed up and refilled my oil tank, which was still over half full!... So now I can't replace my tank!!!... I just downgraded my 3 stars to 1 star and will be looking for a more ethical heating oil provider.

I lost my car wash receipt went back after 3 weeks and the man and the lady working today were able to reprint it for me and they were so nice and helpful about it very good customer service ?

You know why you get one star? Because I’m old enough to remember when you had staff who pumped gas, cleaned your windshield and asked if you needed your oil checked. Cheap. Zero service these days. Disgraceful.

It was my first visit using a new loyalty card. The attendant could see I was having difficulty: he chipped in to ask if I needed help. When I explained, he spent a good few minutes with me explaining how to use it and then to show me what benefits I was eligible for. He then came out from behind the counter and got all the items for me.Super helpful, and it made for a very positive experience.Thank you Ultramar.
