I had my original laminate countertops replaced, with new laminate countertops. I am not overly pleased with the end result. First of all, this is not a poor review for Amanda; the project manager as she is responsive, organized and very professional. This review is a reflection of the craftsmanship and lack of professionalism of the contractor of this project. After the install of my countertops, I identified many problematic areas (as seen in my photos). Amanda very promptly addressed my concerns and ordered new countertops for the entire project to be redone. After the second install, most of the identified problems were resolved except for a few. My main concern: the 45 degree angle cut for the L shape. The contractor said this was normal, however, my original countertops did not have this problem. Some of the pictures are a few things from the first job (screwed came through countertop, screwed into broken bracket, chipped laminate, counter gap & more). Needless to say, I am disappointed with my overall experience.

I had this company build me a shed, just over 2 years later and there is water leaking from the roof. When I reached out to them they said the warranty is over to put some caulk on it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED after spending thousands of dollars that this is how they make things right for customers.
