0 stars!! The absolute worst service around. I’ve purchased several new trucks here. Bought my newest truck there. At the time I purchased a $5000 tire and wheel package through Bruce GMC. They also sold me the tire and rim warranty. From day 1 I had unusual wear on my tires. Got an alignment 3 times in the first 40,000 kms here. Apparently the alignment was always out and according to the service manager, that’s just normal for vehicles to fall out of alignment. The service manager suggested they flip the tire and rim inside out so the mating surface was facing out. So unsafe. I had to tell her that it was not safe and that I’m not allowing unsafe “fixes” to my truck. The day I got my last alignment done at Bruce GMC who said it’s aligned, I took my truck to Canadian Tire who showed me that my truck was out of alignment. The service manager said she would take care of me when I needed new tires. At 50,000 kms I got a tire rotation at Bruce GMC. They did not reprogram my sensors. I was driving home and got a low tire light for the left front. I stopped and checked to see the left front was fine. I drove further and felt something in the back. I pulled over and the right rear was run flat. I towed my truck to Bruce GMC where they didn’t go good for anything even though they messed up. They put my spare on and ordered a new tire. Then the tires were low tread and I picked up screws in the sidewall while waiting for the new tire to come in. I got my truck towed and ordered the set of 4 tires. Then when they came in they wouldn’t warranty my tires. Even though they sold me the tire and rim warranty. The service manager accused me of damaging my tires intentionally. She suggested I fix the tires by repairing the sidewall. I had to inform her of how unsafe it is. They eventually warrantied 3 of the 4 tires and I paid for 1. I got an alignment at that time at Bruce GMC who said they had to make adjustments. Within 10,000 kms my tires were wearing odd again. I mentioned this to the service manager who was not interested. Then I got a check engine light on with reduced power. I took it into Bruce GMC for warranty. They replaced the coolant valve, I paid. 2 weeks later the same issue and they replaced a coolant control module, I paid. 2 weeks later the same thing again and they said it was the coolant valve and tried to bill me for it. I paid 30 days prior for the same thing, I made them warranty their work. Of course the service manage wasn’t happy. 2 weeks later the same issue and now it’s the coolant valve. I had an oil service done and an inspection to which I was told the truck is in good condition. Days later I was driving on the highway when my right upper ball join let go and pulled me into the ditch. I had to have it towed to their shop. I was told some parts are warrantied and some not. I was quoted $550. My truck was left at their location for 2 months while waiting for the parts. When I picked up my truck the bill was double the quote. They tried to overcharge me and I denied it. They ended up billing me $724 in the end which I wasn’t happy about. Then tried to bill me $700 additional for a battery. My battery worked fine before I took it there. I got my truck back with the check engine light still on. This time the GM and service manager informed me that I was not allowed back at Bruce GMC, even for warranty on their work. I called the VP Adam G who told me that the GM or service manager doesn’t have the authority to tell me not to go back and that they would warranty their work. They always treat me horribly. Bruce GM always finds something to add hundreds or thousands of dollars to your bill, especially if it’s warranty. And the service manager Sam Hurlburt is a nasty individual when you ask questions about the bill. Combined with being completely incompetent and who recommends people to do unsafe “fixes” to their vehicles. I take my chev truck to a ford dealer for servicing outside of my warranty. I refuse to give these crooks any more of my money. Do not take your vehicle here.

Ryan Ritchie is the absolute best salesman. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and willing to give the best deal possible. I’ve bought from him multiple times, and will not buy from anyone else 5/5 would recommend. Nick the finance guy is also a1, makes everything very simple and quick.

Purchased a new 2025 trax. They charged a 1000.00 for so called accessory’s , floor mats , wheel locks ,window treatment which I had to wash off due to not being applied correctly and didn't disclose it. The accessory that they said they install are only 198.00 dollars at another GM dealership. When I asked about the charge they keep ignoring you and tell you they will look into it and get back to you. One month later they still haven’t figured it out.

WORST PLACE AND PEOPLE TO EVER DEAL WITH.
Starts from the top down, Dave, Steve and Ryan are all Unresponsive, Unorganized and worst of all Uncaring.
They’ll tell you anything and everything to get you in the vehicle but once you’re in it, it’s all downhill.
Took 2 appointments and 6 hours to put on a hood decal they had in storage for 2 years that was supposed to be on before I bought the car, charged me for a spoiler which again was supposed to be on the car before I even looked at it but was in storage right beside the decal, was told I had every warranty including one for job loss which they told me months later “they wouldn’t sell that on a new Camaro” which left me beyond puzzled as to how he said that I had it in the room when signing the papers but had no idea what I was talking about when I needed it.
I’ve had nothing but disappointment, dissatisfaction, and an absolute garbage can of a car which has had a catastrophic engine failure twice in its 25000km life, it’s not only a matter of the car being an absolute lemon it’s a down right safety hazard.
I’ll never ever want anything to do with these guys again.
