Always a pleasure doing business here. Everyone is very friendly and the service is great! It’s the only place I’ll purchase my vehicles!

The collision deductible waiver is useless, they will not respond to emails or calls. Would not recommend.

My car overheated so I took it to Bruce in Middleton. They replace two thermostats on my vehicle and did a Wynn flush ($600.00)I didn't have time to leave Middleton and the car overheated again took back they check the cooling system and said if it does it again take it to the dealer I took it to the Dodge dealer in Middleton and they replace two thermostats and flush the radiator ($600.00) Dodge said the thermostats they put in were defective. But since they only follow diagnostic for repair they could only credit me for $80 for the Bumper to Bumper parts if they had the box since they didn't keep the box they couldnt sent them back I'm down $1200 and they tell me next my radiator as the be replace so much for retirement

Well. We bought a Qashqai in 2022. Ordered it late April took possession end of October. No updates or follow up with the agent. We had to call many times was told car be here this date that date etc etc. We went to another Nissan dealership in Dartmouth and they told us that the car could not be shipped bc they were waiting for parts. That should have been our first red flag. Finally Kentville Nissan told us there was a Qashqai ( not the one we ordered) but a Qashqai. So we decided to take it. Within a month we noticed an imperfection in the paint on the drivers side door. Then we were feeling a clunking feel under the floor when we brake. My husband took it to Kentville and all they kept saying if it’s under warranty we cover if not you pay. Then we noticed wires and insulation exposed under the dash on drivers side. Looks to me like someone forgot to put a panel or something over the area. The last straw was last week I noticed the tail pipe all rusted!! Looked under and the muffler also rusted. The car has less than 5000 km and not even 6 months old.I called Kentville Nissan with my concerns. Understandably I was concerned but while talking to the service consultant brittney she became rude and basically started arguing with me because I was upset that she kept repeating herself saying if it’s under warranty it be fixed if not you pay. Finally she says I refuse to talk to you anymore you can talk to the manager which was who I had requested in the first place!Needless to say the manager was much easier to deal with booked an appointment so it will be a case of “ we’ll see” that comes from this appointment if my concerns are addressed to my satisfaction. I told the manager that I was putting in a formal complaint on this Brittney and I do not want any dealings with her.Few days later after my service appointment I was pleased with how Amber and John handled my concerns. It merited me making this addition. They were professional and respectful. I was surprised and impressed when they invited me back in the service garage showing and explaining what was going on with my SUV. It goes to show how professionalism and respect can deescalate a situation bringing about satisfactory results. It’s too bad that it only take one employee to make a bad name for a business. Management may need to consider having staff take sensitivity training

I have a 2018 nissan truck that was brand new when I bought it in ontario in 2019. I have had it in for , top end engine replacement , o2 sensor replacement , and active air louver replacement.and. now it's making noises again.beyond that it has been in for 2nd repairs to correct issues with incompetent mechanics repairs at bruce autos dealership in kentville ..my truck died in the middle of nowhere directly after leaving the dealership after being in for engine service , leaving my disabled wife stranded in a no cellphone service area . turned out to be a loose battery cable when I left work to come get her after a nice person landed her a phone on side if the road . But upon further inspection When I got the truck and her home I heard a weird noise under the hood , checked and the serpentine belt (main drive belt for your engine which would have been replaced during engine job) was split , this was due to more incompetence at the nissan dealership because they did not have the pulley aligned correctly , upon more inspection I found my A/c cap left off my cables and wires not fastened just dangling around moving engine parts . Also my front bumper was chipped . When we called nissan about these issues they promised to correct them and have a red seal mechanic over see the work . They admitted to the bumper chip aswell.. when my wife brought the vehical in the service manager who is no longer employed there , told my wife that the chip could have been there before they worked on our vehical . But they will correct the other work.fortunately we have already had issues with large company's saying one thing and doing another so when we did the initial walk around before our truck ever entered there shop we recorded the entire thing . So when we showed this recording to the manager if the dealership they agreed that they caused the damage to my bumper and promised to rectify it. . After this the service manager was very rude to my wife when she picked up the truck after they finished the repairs , again she had this conversation recorded aswell and would be happy to share .After having the truck back for a week and inspecting the work further i found more shotty repairs(loose wires ect) and then the check engine light came on so back to dealership it was active airlouvers this time .. after this I took the vehical to a different dealership and contacted nissan canada customer care . Nissan customer care footed the bill for the other dealers inspection but told me anything they found would be repaired but must be done by the initial dealership as they get the opportunity to rectify there mistakes.Truro nissan found multiple wires routed wrong and zip ties used instead of proper clips ect.. not oem repairs basically. So back to the kentville Nissan for them to rectify there mistakes .. at this point it was he said she said but they replaced the air louvers and allegedly fixed the mistakes truro pointed out for them ..I said I needed my truck for a 5000km drive and I can't have any issues with it .. so kentville assured me that nothing else was going to happen they triple checked say they Said... so trip booked time off ect.. and I'm 2000km into the trip and again check engine light ..immediately I called nissan they said if it's not flashing it should be okay to continue the trip .. I drove from nova scotia to Ontario , on my return I was on the 401 and my engine began chugging at speeds 100-120km/hrs so I drove all the way from Ontario to novascotia 90km/hrs taking me 27 hrs vs 19 ..Im Just lucky I'm mechanically inclined enough to notice there shotty work

George and Scott helped me get a perfect car for me. I was purchasing in a pinch when my old car suddenly became inoperable. Super customer service. I only wished they had an in-house warranty program on used cars such as I experienced at a previous dealer.

May I ask why many of these reviews are come from current/known Managers and staff within the group? And what is the achieved hope in doing so? Why also is the company using staff members to promote the business as being a place where people are happy and enjoying working at the company. The sad reality is that many will do this for some kind of financial incentive and many have since left or been dismissed without cause. If society is profoundly sick, this is the epitome of so many empty promises. I'll stop here. "nuff said".

Brought my car for service. The service advisors were great, great service, was very knowledgeable of everything what was going on. Experiencing the satisfying service of the employees I brought one of my friend to buy a car from Bruce, they made everything easy, made the paperwork easy, everything was explained step by step till the very end, and he took off with his new car in less than an hour. Great service overall!

Fantastic experience from day one at Bruce Ford buying our GMC Sierra Denali. Scotty worked with us with a no-hassle approach but a very warm and friendly manner. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit, and when Scotty was away, his wonderful associate George was right there to help us efficiently finalize all the details. Cynthia Perrot was a gem and handled all of the financials seamlessly for a smooth and stress-free transaction. Thank you- from the Drysdales.

This building is like one out of a magazine, finally am industry where all the workers are actually happy. I had the pleasure of spending 3 days at this location and it was the most familiar feeling. It's like walking in the door of your home after a long day, but at work.

I personally wouldn't deal with any of the Bruce's dealers they dont back there extended or regular warranty or even verify what went wrong in your coldbrook location I believe it's there Nissan dealership the manager clearly said he wasn't take the engine apart when there was an engine failure to see what happened so I had to have my rogue sent to the city to have the process started again vehicles cost to much for me to take a chance on bruce's auto group
