I have had a few RVs over the years and have dealt with a few dealers. I can say, with hand on heart, that Parsons RC Centre says what they mean and means what they say.
We bought a 2024 Rockwood Mini Lite 2518S in July. On our trip to Ontario we had a couple small issues that I needed to know how to deal with. I called Parsons RV and Rae was quick to help (they told us when we bought that they pride themselves on customer service). While on the phone, she went to a similar trailer they had in the lot and talked me through what to do. She was great! Then, after we got back, Rae and Wayne ensured we had the trailer in for service ASAP (within a few days), and had worked on the issues right away so we could enjoy more camping this summer.
From sale to service, Parsons RV Centre will take care of all your needs and concerns. We looked at other RV centres in Bridgewater and quickly realized Parsons RV was not only closer to our valley home but had better quality RVs to choose from.
Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, like we did, just go to Parsons RV Centre and be happy. :)

Parsons RV Centre is the number one place to go to regarding all your RV needs. They are above and beyond helpful, patient and are extremely fast service when needed!

I cannot say enough good things about this small RV service centre.. what an amazing group of people, we travelled from Nanaimo, BC, and had issues with our electric brakes since before Kenora Ontario, 3 other RV service repair places tried at a cost, that did not fix the issue! These guys dug in and didn’t give up until it was all fixed, thank you for fixing our issues and giving us peace of mind!! Thanks for fitting these travellers in!!

Great customer service. If they dont have what you need they make suggestions to where you may find them. I Was having problems with hot water heater on new to me rv they took time to show me the steps I needed to do. Rae provided great customer service.
