We have lived in the harbour only 3 years now and pretty often use in services with the tellers & bank.
We have always had great service. Never any issues and any staff we have seen have always been very friendly and honestly would say even go over and beyond taking their time explaining or offering suggestions or recommendations when we were looking to change up some of our accounts and what options would be best to suit our needs now.
I personally love the small town community friendliness and vibe, and we have yet to run into anything that is not provided at this branch.
Military family who has used various RBC branches all over Canada and we would definitely recommend Musquodoboit Harbour.

Employees are nice and helpful. Great branch. Don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes.

Slowest branch I have ever set foot in. Last 3 times I tried to see a teller, I walked out after a lengthy wait in line. I will not be back. It is quicker to drive 10 minutes to Porters Lake than to wait for half an hour at this branch.
