“My vehicle developed a serious oil leak, the source of which, I couldn’t locate. I had put three gallons of oil into the engine in less than two weeks! I passed your garage on the way to taking my fiancée to her store in Westville, and although I am very low on funds, I booked it in to get a diagnosis. Expecting the worst, I was thinking that it might be terminal, as it is 12 years old and has over 400,000km on the clock.
I took it in yesterday, and had a short wait before the mechanic took it into the workshop. I had to wait just over an hour and the wonderful young lady behind the desk, Taylor, I believe is her name (I am old and terrible for remembering names, so forgive me if I am incorrect!) told me it was almost done, as in FIXED! The bill, including everything, was just over $200, I am sure any other garage would have charged a lot more than that!
The mechanic, who was cheerful and a pleasure to meet, brought my vehicle round to the front, and told me it was the pressure sensor, he had one and decided to fix it there and then. The cost, in my opinion, was more than reasonable, and I was very impressed with your service, in fact, I can’t fault it.
Thank you so much, all of you, for keeping her on the road, The next time I have issues with Luna (my car’s name) I will be certain to call on you again. It’s very hard to find a garage you can trust, I think I have found one in MacQuarrie”
