I had a great experience working with Sheila at Bob Allen's Auto Sales. She was very prompt and clear in her communication, and was extremely flexible and willing to work with us to ensure we had a fantastic buying experience. Sheila went above and beyond to make the process smooth and seamless. I will absolutely be returning to Bob Allen's Auto Sales for my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommended!

The staff here at Bob Allen's are just incredible. My wife and I came in to replace a car we lost in an accident, they helped us find a great car in our price range and made us feel welcome the entire time. They held the car for us and waited much longer than we wanted them to have to while we waited for the cheque from our insurance company.I will be recommending them to everyone from now on. They are amazing.

A few years ago, I had the whole front passenger side brake set on my F-150 done by Bob Allen's, The pads, rotors, disc etc they charge me near $900. A month later the "new" brakes they put in started to squeal bad, so I took the truck to a garage close by, Turn out my all "new" brake and gears needed to be replaced as they were worn right out. The garage show me just how bad the brake set was, I was mortified. They were rusted through and totally shot. They said there is no way the brake was new, they were wore so bad. So $700's later a new set was put on, and the old stuff thrown in the back of my truck. I drove over to Bob Allen with the new $700 receipt and the old parts a asked what was going on? Why I had to replace the brake set they just put on a month ago and charge me near $900 for. I show them the brake set and the condition they were in and their receipt and the new receipt to prove that it was the same brake. They took copies but never heard anything from not even the return of the $900. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought my car here three years ago. They offered me almost triple over anyone else in town, and we'll over what I owed in the loan. There was absolutely no sales pressure, they treated me like a valued customer and got me into the car of my dreams. They didn't let me feel like I was wasting time while I was being indecisive and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I wanted, even though at the time I didn't haha. I've been taking my car to be serviced there ever since and I have always gotten 5 star service. From having to have my car towed after I blew a tire (100% my fault) to having my car detailed. I recently got my car in to be "road trip ready" as I'm making the move south and they did an amazing job at detailing my car. They even fixed the squeaky door which I didn't mention, but meant to bring up. I've always been treated to 5 star service by the staff at Bob Allen's and I can only hope I can find a garage like this one in my new town.

Absolutely horrible service. They kept over riding sensors which led to our front end rack going while driving which almost led to my husband being killed and Iam continuously sinking money into this lemon. This is my first vehicle I bought and going to Bob Allen's was the worse thing i could have done.They lied and would not fix any problems before my 1 month warranty was up then tried to bill me after miraculously finding it after the guarantee was expired.
