Their knowledge of product (VW) is extensive. We had an issue, they investigated, came up with a solution, provided an estimate, repaired it in a timely manner, did a couple of small additions and our car was back in just a few days. I now realize why they were recommended, great spot.

Took my car in for a simple oil change. They did a whole mini inspection of the vehicle, plugged a tire that was leaking and topped up fluids and even balanced my tire, all that only added like $20 to my oil change. Definitely going to start taking my other car here too! Amazing people in there and amazing value! Keep it up!

Campbell's is a great service garage! They were able to take my truck in for repair the next business day and had the diagnosis done and part ordered that day. The part took a week to get beacuse it had to come from a dealership in Ontario. A week later my truck was fixed. Very professional, I highly recommend Campbell's.

Called for a quote, small car 1.8L motor with a oil capacity of 4.2 litres, asked for synthetic, they wanted to change me 157$ absolutely crazy. That was the first and last time I’ll call this shop.. my normal guy does it in this car for 80$ and he’s red seal.. not impressed we’ll not being having a future customer, swear some people don’t understand the internets a thing

I’m not impressed with my experience. I took my car to get my broken AC diagnosed. When I called to check on the car they didn’t even seem to know why it was there, when I asked if the compressor was working or not they had to recheck because all they did was recharge it…. Then I was charged 300 for them to recharge a broken AC. The next visit was to swap the compressor, and recharge my AC after just doing it the week before for no reason. I was charged over 300 more than the quoted price. I was told it was over a bolt that they spent over an hour trying to remove which they ended up cutting off anyway. I was also charged extra for them to heat the bolt.. never heard of that before.. I can’t imagine why a shop would spend over an hour at 100 an hour just for one bolt when you could cut it and replace it for less than half that time which they ultimately ended up doing anyway. Definitely doesn’t feel like they have their customers best interest in mind whatsoever. I won’t ever recommend. ?Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff at Campbells are always responsive and professional. They figure out the problems quickly and fix them right, the first time. Sean Campbell offers great automotive advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Campbells Auto, particularly for European banded cars.
