Seriously, peak bug season and this gastation daily has zero water/fluid in the windshield squeegee buckets. How hard is it to have the buckets filled.
And the car wash, if it's working, at least 2 nozzles are always dead and don't wash your car.
Smarten up and run it like at least a 2 star gas station 😳🙄
Also, same for the paper towels, they might have them for a few months, then 6 months of none.
Lastly, they started playing ads/comercials on their pump screens. As this is normally annoying in general, who cares. Except they only play commercials for esso. I'm already here 😂, play an add for a store special, points, discounts, something other than a commercial for the place I'm already at.

My daughter lost her phone in the bathroom and the gentleman run outside the store and gave us the phone back. Thanks so much for returning the phone back. Just want to shout out for him. Sorry didn’t see his name but he is 5.8 feet high and quite strong man. Thank so so so much.

I was very surprised at the uncleanliness and disorganization of the store when I was in to use the washroom after getting gas at this Esso. Very disappointing. I have been going to this location for years and I don't remember ever seeing it in this state before.
