Highland Square Mall has long been a favorite destination for shoppers, but it is currently facing challenges as many stores are closing, leading to a need for more retail options. The absence of a food court and the closure of the dedicated kids' clothing store have made it less appealing for families. Although there are still some popular spots like Marks, Boston Pizza, and Walmart, visitors feel the mall could benefit from revitalization, such as the return of a kids' play area and an arcade. Despite these issues, shoppers still appreciate the variety of stores and the kindness of the employees, particularly at Winners. There is hope that new food stations will enhance the shopping experience. Overall, Highland Square Mall has potential, but it needs some life injected into it to draw in more visitors.

Always loved this mall but it's losing its stores mostly everything is shutting down so it could use more stores to open up and an arcade again if possible , when the arcade was there the mall was booming !!

I like malls in general, but this one needs some life injected into it. There used to be a kids play area but it's gone. There's no food court, and no reason for parents to shop there anymore because the only dedicated kids clothing store just closed.
