Always good customer service.The internet performance itself though is a bit sketchy, we pay for 25mbps, but stops working approximately once a week, but after modem resets it can range between 10mbps and 22mbps. I'm not sure what causes this but I'm sure if it was possible to keep it steady they would.For rural satellite internet, it really is not bad. You'd be surprised how much you can do with 10mbps.”
