“We were buying a chair for a loved one at a local long term care home. They had expressed some reservation about our choice and mentionned we should confirm with the home that our choice was appropriate. We opted not to based on some info we were given by the nursing unit. Maintenance “failed” the chair - so back to the store we went. After spending time with us walking around the store, we found a chair that met the requirements. They took back the first chair and we simply paid the difference. Great, and gracious service given that the initial mistake was ours!!”
