We came at 10:20 pm to fillup the gas and my car was almost empty. My car couldn’t reach to another pump and the google shows the timing for closing 10:30 pm it was really horrible service

New Owner took over the Gas Bar. 👎👎👎👎
Rude, ignorant employees.
They shut down all the pumps (including Prepay and Pay-at-the-Pump) and the store more than 30 minutes before closing so they can do their Dips, denying customer service. (You do not need to shut the business down just to do the Dips.) They made customers sit at the pumps until they decided to return inside the store and turn the gas pumps back on. Customers waiting to get inside the store itself were ignored or subjected to snarky replies saying they are busy at the underground tanks doing the Dips. Customers waiting to make in store purchases had to stand outside the store or wait in their vehicles in the parking lot waiting for the employee to return and open the store. It was 7 or 8 minutes before Closing before they turned the pumps back on and opened the store to the waiting Customers. I witnessed unhappy customers leaving the premises.
I WAS a regular customer for more than 15 years (**note emphasis on the 'WAS')

I usually get my gas here. I pay at the pump and have never gone inside. The machines work as they should and there's seldom a line up. What else could I ask for.

Suppose to open at 6:30. It’s Thursday October 31 2024 and I’m sitting here at 6:45 and nobody has showed up to open the gas station yet. Yesterday morning it was well after 6:30.

On May 16, 2024, I was travelling from Cornwall Ontario to Cape Breton, when I got a flat tire. I reached Canadian Tire in New Glasgow, to my surprise, they did not have Anyone to help me.
I then went to Mobil to gas and the guy in the store advised me to go to Andy’s garage which his suggestion was extremely helpful. Thanks again.

New owner fired all his staff with 5 days notice, with no real reason. People that have worked there 5+ years. Just so he can bring in his family to work there.Will never do business there again. Won’t support someone who treats people in their community that way. Shameful.

letting go off all staff bc a new owner bought and is bringing his own employees from over sea. people working there for 5 plus years are given a weeks notice that they will be let go by the end of this week. to this new owner, this is a small town that you are causing a big problem in. place will def not get local support anymore

The younger gentleman that works there, seems to be always working whenever I get gas and snacks here. He honestly makes it worth stopping at this gas station as opposed to the others in the immediate area. His customer service, and just simply put, politeness, isn't something you always come across these days from someone who deals with the public. Always a pleasure to have him as the cashier.
