Not for me but for the another customer . The Attendant was so rude with him. Shouted and said Go somewhere else for the gas. This isn’t how you do customer service SHELL.

**Humiliating and unprofessional experience at this Shell location.**
At around **4:40 PM**, I stopped here to fuel up. First, I paid at the pump with my card — the transaction went through, but the pump was never authorized from inside. I put the nozzle back and tried the other way around: pumped first, planning to pay inside later. Again, no authorization.
With **5 years of retail and gas station experience myself**, I immediately knew this was not a technical issue — it was simply staff failing to authorize the pump.
So, I went inside, politely greeted the attendant, explained the situation, and even showed proof that my card had already been charged. I then asked if I could prepay instead. Out of habit, I used the word **“bro”** while speaking, in a friendly and respectful tone. Suddenly, the staff member shouted at me, saying *“I’m not your bro. If you want gas, go to another station.”* This was done loudly, in front of several other customers.
The incident left me not only without gas, but also **completely humiliated and stressed out**. Being yelled at publicly, when all I was doing was trying to resolve an issue, is deeply unprofessional and unacceptable.
Shell is a global brand, and I expect a standard of courtesy, respect, and professionalism when I walk into one of your stations. If staff like this continue to represent Shell, you’re not only losing me as a customer, but I’m sure you’ll lose many others as well.
This experience caused me unnecessary **mental stress, embarrassment, and disappointment**. No customer deserves to be treated this way 💔

This location has up to 10 pumps, a large convenience store, and free coffee if you spend over $25 in gas /Diesel.

I use Shell a lot for my fuel espicially where I claim airmiles AND CAA rewards but I super wish they had higher then 91 octane available at this location!!

Tuesday October 10th 2020 11:45am:Paid debit for gas purchase and my card was charged full amount but there was machine issues which resulted in it saying declined on their end. I provided proof the payment had been taken from my account but was still pretty much forced to make a second payment when they insinuated it was a “gas and go theft” if I did not make the payment again. After calling bank they confirmed to me that I had made the payment two times and said that if my account says money was taken out to not make the second payment if future instances similar to this.

So I was told by a really good person about the man that came into your store bragging about not self isolating and one of your employees was scared felt unsafe said something out of fear and emotions and you suspended the employee so so wrong in many ways. ☹☹☹☹ the employee should be brung back to work to show everyone has a fear factor and breaking point. ☹☹☹☹
