Would like to share the great experience I had with the delivery of my new LG washing machine. The delivery by Kale and Cory was very professional, they took the time to be courteous, mindful of our home and ensured the machine was properly placed.
I would highly recommend these two gentlemen for any delivery,

Made two trips to the brick to purchase new appliances for our home. First trip was browsing to get prices and second trip was to actually purchase! Staff we incredibly helpful and eager to help us! Would recommend coming here for any of your appliance needs!

I recently purchased multiple items at the Brick in New Glasgow. The entire experience was positive.. The sales team was top notch. The delivery persons were friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Not impressed. Was not informed when purchasing a $1200 mattress along with a $130 mattress cover which I just given and not educated on any return policy. Was not given the option to feel it before leaving the store. Get it home after delivery and discovered it to be just a plastic sheet and now they won’t return it or even exchange it for another one as it was opened. I’m not requesting a cash refund and I understand every store has there policies. But such a strict policy on no returns or exchanges should be voiced to a customer before such a large purchase not just assumed being posted on the website people will

Excellent customer service from the staff at The Brick in New Glasgow. They went above and beyond to rectify a prior purchase that was not suitable ( no fault of theirs) and issued us a full refund as a store credit to use on a future purchase. Dawn, Lisa and the positive and friendly delivery guys made a “big ask” on our end into a “ no worries ” situation on their end.
Would recommend them based on this experience and would give them our future business. Sincerest thanks!

Incredible delivery driver!! I'm not a buyer, however, I did watch the Brick delivery truck at my West side 4 way stop. The driver (appeared young). Stopped well in advance of the stop sign and allowed, patiently, all the traffic to clear to make a wide right turn ?. Incredible driving. You are a rare gem in this county of responsible drivers. Leonard and Ryder delivered our new couch today. They were so friendly and super helpful. The couch is excellent quality and better than expected. They set it up and even helped with an issue I was having with my old couch. Thanks again guys!!
