Today as with many others due to the postal strike we brought our package into UPS. There was only one person working. He was friendly patient and helpful. The line was getting longer. Not once did he loose his cool. Maintained such a great attitude and looked after each customer wonderfully. Great experience. What a wonderful person to deal with at such a busy time.

I had a package with the shipping label printed, but still required tape to seal the box and secure the label itself. I was prepared to buy a roll $$$ and do the job at the UPS store. The gentleman working helped finish prepping the package for me and saved me a bunch of money in the process.I have been using NetParcel to ship and it always brings up a few local options that would work(UPS, FedEX, CanadaPost Etc). For now on I will always chose UPS due to the fantastic customer service.

Went in the office yesterday very upset I needed to send a package ASAP the guy working was no help at all he just said we can’t send anything out we are not guaranteeing it be there for Christmas. This was not a Christmas gift, just an urgent document that I went else where to have it sent. Some people are just not ment to work in customer service

Passed through town New Glasgow to mail something out internationally. I had a fantastic experience! Thanks to the Super friendly staff - Bobbi. Not only did I get my documents in order, she also gave us great food recommendations, which turned out to be great!

Recent shipment to usa was tooo heavy for the one box used. Should have been two pieces. Contents were LITERALLY dumped into one overweight carton with no bubblewrap. Contents crushed upon inspection at other end even though I repeatedly told girl to spare no expense with packing materials. Very unprofessional. Will NOT be using this store ever again. Charged me 140 dollars for this disgraceful job. Do yourself a favor and pack things yourself and use Canada Post. To boot, girl falsified waybill to indicate that she did NOT pack my shipment. Shame on you!!!!

Used to be a pleasant experience with great people. Now there's just an old, nasty man at the counter who is extremely rude. I hate having to go here now. Chris is aggressive and is going to cost you a lot of business. 1 single person - I have found 1 single person who has said he has been nice to them.Fire the rude guy or just close up, Troy. You guys are better than this nasty employee, or at least you used to be.
